Our Home Remodeling Process

Together, we will develop conceptual design, make material selections, and finalize details on your construction drawings. We’ll handle the permits, construction and a dedicated Project Manager will make sure everything runs smoothly, all the way through to the warranty.

#1 Consultation

During this phase, we'll get to know each other to determine if we're a good fit. We'll dive into your vision to ensure complete understanding.

#2 Design Agreement

We'll guide you through a Design Agreement (DA). The DA covers design, plans, engineering, selections, bidding & more. You own the design work's outcome.

#3 Construction

We’ll handle material orders, scheduling, oversight, construction & coordination. Communication is streamlined through our Buildertrend Client Portal.

#4 Warranty

We offer a transferable 3-year warranty. Our team follows up at 3 and 12 months to resolve warranty claims, and ensure complete satisfaction.
