Aaron and Sarah’s Tigard home was ready for the next season of family life. With kids growing and daily routines getting busier, they needed more space, better flow, and a home that simply felt easier to live in. We completed a major remodel and two-part addition, adding new living space above the garage and expanding off the back to create room to gather, breathe, and grow. The kitchen became the heart of the home, centered around a custom island with walnut wine storage, bright finishes, and thoughtful built-ins made for real family living. Natural light pours in through skylights, while glass-front cabinetry and layered lighting add warmth and calm. The remodel also brought a refreshed primary suite and spa-style bathroom, along with a custom mudroom bench and storage that helps keep everyday life organized. The result is a seamless transformation that still feels like their home, just with more comfort, connection, and space for the years ahead.
