We know that remodeling can feel overwhelming. That’s why we follow a step-by-step design-first process that keeps homeowners informed and confident from day one:
Let's Talk
During this phase, we assess compatibility: Is your project the right fit for us? Are we the right contractor for you? We’ll delve into your vision, align it with your budget, discuss payment procedures, project timeline, your involvement, and manage your expectations honestly. You will receive a comprehensive guide to understanding our process and services.
Design Agreement
Prior to signing a Construction Agreement, there will be pre-construction fees covered by our Design Agreement. This agreement includes costs for detailed estimates to ensure a quality project at a fixed price. It may also cover design services, demolition, and discovery work. Signing does not commit you to a Construction Agreement.
Project Development
With the results of the Design Agreement in-hand, we meet with you to talk through your project. Take all the time you need to be comfortable and confident. We’ll go over the scope of work, project plan, progress payments, timelines, logistics, and any concerns. You will meet your project manager and discuss how communication will be handled.
Construction Agreement
At this point, we now have all the information needed to provide you with a guaranteed fixed price for your project. You’ll have signed off on the design and production plans. You’ve met your project manager. We now provide a Construction Agreement for our mutual signatures. We will walk you through every detail of our straightforward Construction Agreement.
Project Management
During the building phase, we handle all of the important details of ordering materials, scheduling, oversight, and coordination. We will diligently keep you up-to-date on progress and any issues.
In-Process Changes
No matter how carefully we plan your project together, you will probably want to make some changes along the way. We are prepared to cheerfully accommodate any changes you want to make. Our Construction Agreement will explain how costs associated with any changes will be handled.
Project Completion
As your project comes to an end, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure the quality of our work. A final review meeting will be scheduled to address any operational questions. We perform a high-standard clean-up of the project area and any touched property. A document will be provided for any additional items that need attention. You will also receive a three-year industry-leading warranty on our work.
